Systemsol privacy policy
Effective October 18, 2026
The short version: Systemsol does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and it works entirely offline.
Who we are
Systemsol (called Sol under the icon on your Home Screen) is an iPhone and iPad app published by Fairfax AppWorks ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to support@fairfaxappworks.com.
Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for, access or transmit:
- your name, email address or any contact details
- your location
- your contacts, photos, microphone or camera
- device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage analytics
Everything you do in the app, such as focusing on a planet, peeling a layer or changing the time speed, happens on your device and is not recorded or sent anywhere.
Network access and third parties
The app does not connect to the internet and contains no third-party code for advertising, analytics or tracking. The Earth and planetary data it displays is built into the app.
Children
Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children either. The app is suitable for all ages.
Apple
Apple may collect limited information when you download or use apps, for example App Store purchase records and, if you choose to share it, crash and diagnostic reports. That collection is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours, and we do not receive personal information from it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version at this address. If the app ever starts collecting data, this policy will say so before that version is released.
