Bangon privacy policy
Effective September 26, 2026
Bangon is a construction calculator for iPhone. We built it to work entirely on your device, and it collects no information about you.
What we collect
Nothing. Bangon does not connect to the internet and contains no networking code. It has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party code. It uses only Apple's own frameworks.
Permissions
Bangon never asks for access to your camera, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or notifications.
What stays on your iPhone
To remember where you left off, Bangon saves three things in its own storage on your iPhone:
- your recent calculation history (up to 60 entries)
- whether you last used imperial or metric units
- which tool tab was open
This information is never sent to us or anyone else. You can clear it by deleting the app, which removes all of it.
Purchases
Bangon is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we do not receive your name, payment details, or other personal information from your purchase.
Crash reports
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. Apple collects these, not Bangon, and they do not identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Children
Bangon does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If Bangon ever starts collecting data, we will say so here before that version of the app is released.
